Hailing from Telangana, Siraj made his first class debut in November 2015.

He has played 11 matches, picking up 44 wickets since then. His performances were rewarded when he was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for a whopping 2.6 crores in the 2017 IPL. He impressed everyone with the ball picking up 10 wickets in 6 matches.

The Talented fast bowler can clock at 140+ speed, the 23-year-old have huge potential. Stil a row Talent, Siraj has been learning his traits with every given day.

The Telangana pacer was recently introduced in India A setup on a tour to south Africa.  He picked up 6 wickets in two matches he played. The fast bowlers will have a tough time breaking in the Indian setup, but the Indian pace battery looks secured with the likes of Siraj in the reserves ranks.

Voted as the Emerging Player of the Season award during IPL 2017, the 23-year-old Kerala pacer can regularly hit the 140 mark and is known for his wide range of variations.

The unique bowling action and his strength is the yorker and is very athletic in the field. He has gained a lot of praise from players, especially Dwayne Bravo during the IPL season. He has 18 wickets to his name in 11 first class matches. With more concentration on his fitness and more good domestic performances, he can shine on the international stage.

Jharkhand has been producing players after players. The state with its robust cricketing structure has produced great results in Ranji trophy. One player who stood out from the rest in young wicket keeper batsman Ishan Kishan.

Another contender to fill MS Dhoni’s boots, 20-year-old Pant. He was a part of the India U19 squad for the 2016 world cup. He had a good tournament scoring a fifty and century to see India through to the finals.

With 8 first class matches, he boasts an excellent average of 81 with 3 fifties and 4 centuries which includes a triple century against Maharashtra.

He has captained Delhi in the domestic circuit and also has a decent IPL record with Delhi Daredevils where he finished the season with 366 runs.

He has 2 T20 caps for India and was included in the series versus the Windies although he didn’t feature in the playing Xl. With very good batting statistics, he is a valuable asset for the Indian team.

He has some issues with his technique and it will be interesting to see how he lives up to the expectations he has built around himself.
