We have an exciting weekend of Premier League action coming up Arsenal vs Manchester United will be the one to watch out for. Arsenal leaped into the top four in midweek, thanks to Liverpool and Spurs, both of whom dropped points. Both the teams will be looking for nothing less than a win to keep up their hopes for the season. United are 8 points behind leaders Man City, and anything other than a win will make it increasingly difficult for them to keep themselves in the title race.
Arsenal, on the other hand, will look to keep up the pressure at the top and consolidate their position in the top 4. They have been under immense pressure off the field for losing quite a few players to the champions league clubs.
Things can get more interesting next weekend as the Manchester Derby may see the gap to be closer at the top. Jose Mourinho will be desperate to take home all 3 points.
Both the sides have a few injury concerns. Alexander Lacazatte has been ruled out after picking up a groin injury in midweek while Alexis Sanchez too was forced off after halftime due to a hamstring. The latter has beem in excellent form off late, having scored in the last 3 games and will hope to continue the same after enduring a difficult start to the season.
Manchester United will miss the services of regulars Phil Jones, Eric Bailly and Marouane Fellaini while Nemanja Matic too is a doubt due to a muscular problem. Michael Carrick is still recovering from injury. But they have their attack in excellent shape though and have been strengthened over the return of Paul Pogba. After a quiet couple of months, United have once again started to score freely, and a lot of credit goes to Pogba.
Predictions : Arsenal 1-0 Manchester United
Both teams are evenly matched, and have their equal share of injury concerns. Jose Mourinho is known to be defensive against big teams away from home, and Wenger may take advantage. In the last 7 meetings, Arsenal emerged victorious on 3 occasions, and drew twice.
