Former Manchester City Player Sentenced For Sexual Assault

Former Manchester City Chris Killen has been sentenced for Sexual Assault.

The New Zealand born player admitted before the jury that he touched women sexually in Greater Manchester. The women were sleeping while the incident took place. Chris accepted that he was intoxicated during the act.

During the hearing, Judge Maurice Green told the defense lawyer that “At the end of the day this was a sexual assault on a sleeping young woman. It’s a serious matter”

“All Sentence option will remain to the court:

New Zealander had represented his country in 2010 FIFA world cup. He played for Manchester City, Middlesbrough, Celtic and various clubs in the UK. The Striker played 48 times for his country scoring 16 goals. He was the brilliant player during his playing days.

He has played the bit of football in Chinese league for division one club Shenzhen Ruby.

Chris Killen may get a hefty fine along with prison.

It is really shameful that players who set an example to youngster do such act. Football is a sport where you learn values and doing such act by a player is unexpectable.
