Emiliano Alfaro – Source ISL
FC Pune City signed their first foreign player for the Indian Super League season 2017-18. The franchise from the western India has roped in former NorthEast United FC striker Emiliano Alfaro. 
Alfaro was impressive last season playing for the northeastern side. He scored 5 goals in 13 appearances last season. After a stint with NorthEast United striker was in UAE playing for Al-Fujairah where he scored 8 goals in 12 matches. The 29-year-old striker has 1 national team cap on his name. 
Pune City manager Anotonio Habas showed his happiness in securing the services of the striker ” Alfaro is complete player, he is very smart attacking and very good in defence when needed” 
After Moving to the new club Alfero Said”  “It was a good season in ISL last year and its time for me to find a new challenge. FC Pune City has good plans in place and I hope my stint with them is fruitful and I can make an indelible impression on the fans, especially the Orange Army.”
