The Indian Super League franchise FC Goa have signed Former Barcelona B team captain Sergio Juste Marin.
The 25-year-old Spaniard was captain of Barcelona B team a couple of years back. The Versatile defender can play as a center back and right back. Signings such a young players show the growth of Indian Super League. FC Goa has done some good signing going into the season.
The Spaniard is the 5th signing of the western Indian side. FC Goa earlier has signed Bruno Pinheiro, Ferra Corominas, Ahmad Jahouh and Manuel Arana.
The Spaniard playing outside Spain for the first time and it will be interesting to see how he able to adjust. He is still young and will learn a lot playing in Indian Super League.
FC Goa looks really good this season, some impressive domestic picks and interesting foreign signings. FC Goa last year finished last in the Indian Super League. The Goans had top 4 finish in the first two occasion and finishing last was embarrasing. FC Goa intentions are clear, they want to bring back their pride. Juste Marin will definitely enjoy playing in Goa. The Culture is pretty much similar to the European nation. He would enjoy playing at Fatorda stadium which boasts one of the best crowd in Indian Super League. Playing under such vociferous stadium will be a joy for every player.
FC Goa will have their pre season in Spain. They will play few friendlies against local sides.
